The 13th Congressional District of Pennsylvania consists of the following counties: Adams, Franklin, Fulton, Bedford, Cambria, Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, and Perry, as well as the western edge of Cumberland County and the northwestern tip of Somerset County.
